My interactions with the staff at the Austin office of Southwest Airlines Austin office  were excellent. I was having trouble finding a solution online and needed to check on a missed flight credit. After looking over my past reservations, the local agent quickly identified the problem. They also provided me advice on how to check in early and assisted me in using the credit to rebook another ticket. The office itself is really inviting and easy to find. No lengthy waits either.
