Job Description:


Moon Logistics and Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients in the freight industry, building relationships, and closing sales to drive business growth.




– Identify and research potential clients in the freight industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target companies to understand their shipping needs and requirements.

– Present and promote Moon Logistics and Services LLC’s freight brokerage services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

– Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.

– Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

– Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of client shipments and fulfillment of service commitments.

– Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.




– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

– Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development, preferably in the freight or logistics industry.

– Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
