Compensation: Commission-Based – 3% per booked load + Additional Commission for Logistics Sales

Moon Logistics & Services (MLS) is a growing logistics company providing dispatching services and logistics solutions for owner-operators and fleet owners. Our goal is to help carriers succeed by offering freight opportunities, operational support, and professional dispatch services.

We are seeking Sales Dispatchers to recruit carriers, book loads, and grow the business. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Find and onboard owner-operators and small fleet owners
• Book and dispatch loads using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and Uship
• Negotiate rates with brokers to secure the best pay for carriers
• Ensure on-time deliveries and manage carrier communication
• Sell additional logistics services, including fuel cards, compliance, and company formation
• Work with the CEO to hire more dispatchers as the fleet grows

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, sales, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to find and book loads independently
• Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations
